We have experienced problems with this in the past, and any cheques not made payable to Nancy will be returned and we will not be able to fill your order until another cheque or money order is issued for your order. PLEASE this is very important and we do not wish your order to be delayed for this reason!

Effective July 1st, 2003, we will no longer require full payment for miniatures up front with your order. We have decided that since we no longer have to order in miniatures for your order and that you the customer are supplying these yourself that we will only ask for 50% of the cost with your miniatures and when your figures are ready to ship, we will contact you by email to confirm your current mailing address and to advise you to send the remaining 50% along with shipping and handling charges before we ship your miniatures.

Delivery of your figures will take from 16 to 20 weeks from the time your payment clears our bank for US and Canadian orders, (Note: Effective November 1st, 2003, there is an additional 30 day hold on US orders paid for by personal cheques made out in American Dollars before your payment clears our bank, it is therefore preferable that payments be made in either International Money Orders, Certified Cheques or Bank Drafts to avoid unnecessary delays to your orders as we cannot start work on them until your payment has cleared our bank.

All you need to do is: Contact us by e-mail with a breakdown of what you would like to have us paint for you. Our prices are listed according to scale on our PRICES pages. Once you have calculated your price, shipping & handling and any other applicable charges, contact us for verification, we will then have Pay Pal e-mail you with a billing and instructions as to how to make payment to us. You will then only need to send your miniatures and instructions. If you require assistance in calculating your order, please feel free to contact us by e-mail anytime.

There is a $20.00 service charge for returned NSF cheques. Foreign orders to Europe, Australia and the rest of the world expect delays of 20 to 24 weeks plus whatever time it takes for your order to clear customs. Though we work as fast as humanly possible on your orders, the increasing pressures and demand for our services has forced us to increase our shipping times, and due to innevitable circumstances delays do occur from time to time. We apologize if this causes an inconvenience to you our customers but we are only human and can only do so much in a given day. If there are any lengthy delays expected for whatever reason we will contact you before your order due date.

US Customers Please Note: If paying in US Dollars, please add an additional $3.50 US to your order to cover our Bank's conversion costs to Canadian funds!

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
Effective January 12th, 2004, because of increased fuel surcharges, taxes and added security at customs shipping costs are now:

Canada - Parcel Post (Small Packet up to 2Kg.) - minimum $9.60 or 15% of order, 10% on orders $50.00 and over (to a maximum of $30.00). Xpress Post ( Minimum $10.37 or 15% of order to a maximum of $40.00)

USA - Air Mail (up to 1Kg. in weight), orders exceeding 1Kg by Expedited Parcel Post! . - 15% of order with a minimum $11.40Cdn / $9.50US up to a maximum of $40.00/US per order.
Though we used to offer parcel post delivery by surface mail, we found this method to be both too slow and unreliable and are therefore discontinuing this option.

Other Countries - Air Mail Parcel only (up to 1Kg. in weight) - 40% of total order (minimum $23.95Cdn./ $18.50US) to a maximum of $60.00Cdn./ $46.15US per order. Surface mail (up to 2Kg. in weight) - 25% of total order (minimum $10.70Cdn/$8.25US) to a maximum of $25.00Cdn/$19.25US. Insurance is available for Surface Mail ONLY at $1.20Cdn/$0.95US per $100.00 insured value.

All Canadian Customers, be sure to include 7% G.S.T. (Goods & Service Tax) with your order, ( Our GST # 89201 8078 RT).

Also effective January 12th, 2004, small parcels to the US by Air Mail can no longer be Registered or Insured beyond $100.00 automatic coverage.
